customers with any other person, group or agency. All business
conducted on Enchanted Enlightenment is strictly confidential.

- No person associated with Enchanted Enliightenment is a professional
lawyer, medical practitioner, financial advisor or counsellor.
Persons that use these products do so of their own judgment. We
cannot be held responsible for a persons use or misuse of any
products or divinations. All information given on this site is
done so to the best of our knowledge. It is up to the customer
to check with their medical practitioner if they are unwell and
need medical advise. Please ask your medical practitioner if certain
herbs, oils, incense or crystals would be harmful to your condition.

- The e-mail addresses I do keep are used specifically for sending
newsletters and new product information and only if you agreed
to this. All information collected is used to improve the content
of Enchanted Enlightenment. If at any time you wish to be removed
from our e-mailing list, please e-mail us at christy@enchantedenlightenment.com and you will
be removed.
Payment - At this time
we accept Credit Card Payments through Pay Pal and Money Orders

Orders - Orders are
processed on 1st come, 1st serve basis. We will do Rush orders
for a $10.00 fee. Please allow 3 days for processing your order.
We do try to get the orders sent out the following day if the
order was received before 1:00pm Alaska Time
Business
Hours
- Monday through Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm Alaska Time. We are
closed on all Holidays.
Shipping - I ship priority
mail. For rush deliveries, I will send overnight or express mail
at a higher shipping charge to the customer. Also, I am shipping
from Alaska, therefore more time is required to receive your order.
Gift
Orders
- We'll include your personal message at nno extra charge.
Security - We do not
receive credit card information. All credit card information is
kept on Pay Pal's secure site.
Refusal
of Service
- We have the right to refuse service to aanyone at anytime for
any reason.
Back
Ordered/Out of Stock Items - We try to keep the site as up to date
as possible, but errors do happen. If you happen to order an item
that is Out of Stock because it had not been marked as such, we
will refund you or we will do a back order for you at the same
price it was selling for.
Refunds - If you are
refunded money, it will be in the form you paid us. A credit card
will be refunded for any items purchased on a credit card and
a check or money order will be sent to refund a money order.
Discontinued
Items
- Sometimes our suppliers discontinue theiir items. We will continue
to sell these items until they are gone. At that time, they will
no longer be available.
Lost
Shipments
- We are not responsible for items lost orr damaged by any mail
carriers.
Damaged
or Incorrect Items
- We will refund, exchange or give in housse credit to customers
who have received the incorrect item or items that are broken
because of our error. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt
of your item if there is a problem.
Returns - We strive
to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We will
take returns, but not of herbs and oils unless we sent you the
incorrect item or our error broke your item. We will only accept
items that are resalable. If you opened an item, it is no longer
saleable. You must report the problem to us within 5 days of receipt
of the item and we must have the item within 30 days. Shipping
is the customers responsibility unless it was our error.
International
Orders
- We ship world wide. All International orrders received will be
subject to any fees, taxes or customs that your Country requires.
These fees will be the customers responsibility.

and energy. I use visualization and blessings to put the strongest
most beneficial energy into all of my products.
