What is a Body Scan???
A Body Scan is when I focus on your body starting from your feet and work upwards to the top of your head using my clairsentience and empathic abilities.
I focus my energy on feeling what you feel physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This helps me to identify the areas that I need to focus on along with the information that you have provided.
This can be done in person or long distance.
