purchasing items and informational purposes only. By using this site, you agree to
abide by all terms, policies and conditions. If you disagree, then please do not
use this site. Do not exploit information from this site for commercial purposes
unless permitted by Enchanted Enlightenment and Christine Dow in writing.
Privacy Policy - Enchanted Enlightenment does not share any information about customers
with any other person, group or agency. All business conducted on Enchanted Enlightenment
is strictly confidential.
Legal Disclaimer - No person associated with Enchanted Enlightenment is a professional
lawyer, medical practitioner, financial advisor or counselor. Persons that use these
products do so of their own judgment. We cannot be held responsible for a persons
use or misuse of any products or divinations. All information given on this site
is done so to the best of our knowledge. It is up to the customer to check with their
medical practitioner if they are unwell and need medical advise. Please ask your
medical practitioner if certain herbs, oils, incense or crystals would be harmful
to your condition.
Customer Information - The e-mail addresses I do keep are used specifically for sending
newsletters and new product information and only if you agreed to this. All information
collected is used to improve the content of Enchanted Enlightenment. If at any time
you wish to be removed from my e-mailing list, please e-mail me at christy@enchantedenlightenment.com
and you will be removed.
Payment - At this time we accept Credit Card Payments through Pay Pal and over the
phone and Money Orders or checks through the mail. No Foreign checks please. Please

Information
Orders - Orders are processed on 1st come, 1st serve basis. Please allow 3 days
for processing your order. I do try to get the orders sent out the following day
if the order was received before 1:00 PM Arizona Time.
Business Hours - Currently, I do business when I am available. Sometimes even on
holidays.
Gift Orders - I'll include your personal message at no extra charge.
Security - I do not keep credit card information. All credit card information is
kept on Pay Pal's secure site.
Refusal of Service - I have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for
any reason.
Back Ordered/Out of Stock Items - I try to keep the site as up to date as possible,
but errors do happen. If you happen to order an item that is Out of Stock because
it had not been marked as such, I will refund you or I will do a back order for you
at the same price it was selling for.
Refunds - If you are refunded money, it will be in the form you paid me and for products
only. There are no refunds on healings, readings or coaching. Refunds can be refused
by myself for any reason that I feel is valid.
Discontinued Items - Sometimes my suppliers discontinue their items. I will continue
to sell these items until they are gone. At that time, they will no longer be available.
Lost Shipments - I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by any mail carriers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - I will refund, exchange or give in house credit to customers
who have received the incorrect item or items that are broken because of my error.
I must be notified within 5 days of receipt of your item if there is a problem.
Returns - I will take returns, but not of herbs and oils. I will only accept items
that are resalable. If you opened an item, it is no longer saleable. You must report
the problem to me within 5 days of receipt of the item and I must have the item within
30 days. Shipping is the customers responsibility unless it is my error.
International Orders - I ship world wide. All International orders received will
be subject to any fees, taxes or customs that your Country requires. These fees will
be the customers responsibility and will be billed separately through e-mail.
